Vintage Vibes With Meagan's Moda

There is no doubt that vintage is having a major moment in fashion right now. What's old is new again, and anything with a retro vibe feels cool and fresh. Our blogger friend Meagan Brandon of Meagan's Moda has long been a Brahmin fan, and she was thrilled to find a vintage Brahmin Hunt bag on eBay. It seems to have become a wardrobe staple within Meagan's handbag rotation, and we can see why - its saddle shape is just as relevant today as it was when it was originally designed in 1982. Scroll through to see what we mean.

In fact, we loved her style so much that when it came time for our design team to choose a few best-sellers from our archives for a limited-edition anniversary collection, the Hunt was a must. Here is the update to this classic in Pecan Concordia, an original Brahmin leather combination with a pop color on the trim.

Brahmin Welcomes Meagan's Moda

It's no secret that Meagan Brandon of the fashion blog Meagan's Moda is one of our blogger besties. She is often seen with a Brahmin on her arm, and she even appeared in our Winter catalog this past year. Between living in Italy and Jordan, we were thrilled to host her here at Brahmin headquarters while she was in the states.

We loved giving Meagan a tour of our world, from our Newport boutique to our factory and ending the day over endless wine and delicious Italian dining. Here is a glimpse into her day with Brahmin.

Easter Shades

With Easter this weekend, we are loving pastel hues and spring shades. Two of our favorite colors from our Spring collection that we will definitely be carrying to Easter brunch are Sea Glass and Dandelion. Our friend Meagan of Meagan’s Moda is inspiring us to pair our bag with a beautiful silk scarf for an extra spring pop.

Shop our favorite Sea Glass and Dandelion styles that will carry you through the entire season.

Wishing you a very happy Easter!

Today we are sharing some colorful style inspiration from one of our fave blogger friends, Meagan of Meagan’s Moda. Looking for a little inspiration on how to incorporate a bold bag into your wardrobe? Scroll for Spring style to a tee – gingham, stripes, and a lightweight trench, finished with the perfect color pop!

More to come with Meagan …Stay tuned for an inside peek into her visit to our office and factory!

Fall's Top Trends

Whipstitching. Suede accents. A tassel or two.

Fall’s top trends are all about the details, and fashion bloggers cannot get enough of these designs. The hand-woven whipstitching adds an element of luxe with a slight nod to Western, and the textures complete the rich, multidimensional looks. All show off the beautiful handiwork of our artisans.

Read on to see how two of our favorite bloggers (we’re sure you’ve seen both Sheryl of Walk in Wonderland and Meagan of Meagan’s Moda here on our blog before) styled two of the season’s must-have handbags.

Sheryl played up the Vivian Satchel’s ladylike lines with a classic tweed dress finished with a black bow and Mary Jane pumps. A long black vest tops off the look and adds a little extra warmth come Fall.

Meagan’s look also seamlessly transitions from Summer to Fall with a versatile romper…shorts on the bottom and long sleeves on top. We love those embroidered bell sleeves! Carry the Sonny with you everywhere you go now and continue straight through cooler temps.

Add both bags to your collection: shop the Vivian and the Sonny.
